Shipping after payment
Terms of payment:
All payments are made by credit/debit card or transfer to your balance. No payments are made by cheque or bank transfer directly to the seller.
The buyer uses the payment methods available on Delcampe on the page"My purchases : Awaiting payment".
Payment not made by credit/debit card or transfer to your balance will be refunded by the seller to the buyer. An unpaid purchase may have consequences for the buyer's account.
If the seller's sales conditions include additional clauses relating to payment, these are to be considered null and void. The payment conditions of the Delcampe website, as defined in the conditions of use, are the only ones applicable.
Purchases must be paid for within 14 days of receipt of the final statement from the seller.

(EN) ATTENTION! I'll be absent and offline from 21 May 2025 until 21 June 2025. For ongoing transactions, I can send you your enveloppe before my absence for payments received at the latest on 20 May 2025. For any other transactions, please understand that I can get back to you only after my return, after 21 June 2025.
(NL) OPGELET! Ik zal afwezig en offline zijn vanaf 21 mei 2025 tot en met 21 juni 2025. Voor lopende transacties, kan ik je je nog envelop sturen vóór mijn afwezigheid, voor betalingen die ik ten laatste op 20 mei heb ontvangen. Voor alle andere transacties, gelieve te begrijpen dat ik pas daaraan gevolg zal kunnen geven na mijn terugkeer, na 21 juni 2025.

(EN) ATTENTION! Only in weekends do I make up your invoice while I'm checking the sold items in my fathers collection. This means that it can take up to 1 week, more exceptionnally up to 2 weeks, before I might send you your invoice. Once payment is received, I send your enveloppe asap.
(NL) OPGELET! Enkel in weekends maak ik uw factuur op terwijl ik de gekochte loten controleer in mijn vaders collectie. Dat betekent dat het soms tot 1 week, meer uitzonderlijk 2 weken kan duren vooraleer ik u uw factuur kan geven. Na ontvangst betaling, stuur ik zo snel mogelijk uw envelop op.
(FR) ATTENTION! Ce n'est que le week-end que je prépare votre facture pendant que je vérifie les articles achetés dans la collection de mon père. Cela signifie qu'il peut parfois s'écouler jusqu'à 1 semaine, plus exceptionnellement 2 semaines avant que je puisse vous remettre votre facture. Après réception du paiement, je vous enverrai votre enveloppe dans les plus brefs délais.
