Right of withdrawal

As a private buyer (consumer) residing in the European Union, you have a right of withdrawal for items purchased from a professional seller. This right allows you, under the conditions provided for by the applicable regulations, to go back on your purchase without having to justify yourself.

The right of withdrawal is exercised in principle within fourteen days of receipt (delivery) of the object(s). When an order includes several objects delivered separately, this period runs from the receipt of the last object.

For practical reasons, this page lists all your purchases made from professional sellers over the last three months. This period is only a display filter and does not mean that all such purchases are still eligible for the right of withdrawal.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, select the item(s) concerned within the same invoice, then confirm your request. Upon confirmation, an acknowledgement of receipt is automatically sent to you by e-mail on a durable medium and your declaration is simultaneously sent to the professional seller concerned.

The terms and conditions for returning the item(s) as well as the refund are then to be arranged directly with the seller, in accordance with the applicable regulations and its terms of sale. Delcampe provides you with the functionality allowing you to exercise your right of withdrawal but does not intervene in the processing of the withdrawal, in the return of the goods or in their refund, these obligations being the responsibility of the professional seller.
