If you live in a country with a poor postal service where ordinary mail items have a habit of not arriving like China, Pakistan, much of South and Central America etc. we only ship by Registered Mail.

11) Items can be returned for a refund for any reason within 21 days of shipment. If the return is due to an error on our part we also refund the postage.

All payments are made through the Delcampe website. Depending on the possibilities offered by the seller, you can use PayPal, add a credit/debit card or make a bank transfer to top up your balance. No payments are made by cheque or bank transfer directly to the seller.
The buyer uses the payment methods available on Delcampe on the page"My purchases : Awaiting payment".
A payment that is not sent through the payment system integrated into the website (if accepted by the seller) or Mangopay will be refunded by the seller to the buyer. An unpaid purchase may result in consequences to the buyer's account.
If the seller's sales conditions include additional clauses relating to payment, these are to be considered null and void. The payment conditions of the Delcampe website, as defined in the conditions of use, are the only ones applicable.
Purchases must be paid for within 14 days of receipt of the final statement from the seller.
Please note shipping charges are liable to change without notice - though they are only changed when the United Kingdom post office raises their fees. These fees are likely to be lower than actual cost particularly for customers who purchase multiple items at one time and have them shipped together in one package.
Postage for items - UK up to 100g = £1.90 Europe up to 100g = £3.60 Rest of the World up to 100g = £3.60
For large orders postage depends on weight and size. Note all orders to non UK addresses over 100g and normal letter size need to have a CN22 customs label attached. Sometimes it is easier and cheaper to break large orders into several shipments to avoid the CN22 label and unwanted customs attention. Registered or signed for shipping to UK addresses is £3.80 and overseas £10.00 and these costs will be applied to orders over £75 in value.
