Please wait for invoice before payment
All payments are made through the Delcampe website. Depending on the possibilities offered by the seller, you can use PayPal, add a credit/debit card or make a bank transfer to top up your balance. No payments are made by cheque or bank transfer directly to the seller.
The buyer uses the payment methods available on Delcampe on the page"My purchases : Awaiting payment".
A payment that is not sent through the payment system integrated into the website (if accepted by the seller) or Mangopay will be refunded by the seller to the buyer. An unpaid purchase may result in consequences to the buyer's account.
If the seller's sales conditions include additional clauses relating to payment, these are to be considered null and void. The payment conditions of the Delcampe website, as defined in the conditions of use, are the only ones applicable.
Purchases must be paid for within 14 days of receipt of the final statement from the seller.
The cost of collectors having stamps evaluated is not returned by myself except where items have been discribed as Genuine / Gepruft. If client finds item is discribed wrong the costs of purchase and postage will be returned only. Other items are sold and discribed as best I can, these can be returned for the purchase cost minus postage so please look at item carefully. Item shown in scan is normally item for sale. If mistake has been made client will be informed before invoice for item is sent for payment. When a item is Fake or has False cancel and is discribed as such it is sold as is.
Poland;- Single purchase cost 50p to cover costs. 1st item in multiple purchase is 50p all other items will recieve a discount between 15p-25p
All single stamps priced at 50p GB or less are subject to a discount (10%-50%) when purchased in multiple lots of 2 or more. This can also apply to some sets of stamps (Polish)
UK: Purchases over £20.00 must be sent "Signed For"
Rest of the World over £ 20.00 "Internation Signed For"
If you wish to recieve your items by normal post please let me know.(There is a limited compensation by Royal Mail for lost items)
