All payments are made through the Delcampe website. Depending on the possibilities offered by the seller, you can use PayPal, add a credit/debit card or make a bank transfer to top up your balance. No payments are made by cheque or bank transfer directly to the seller.
The buyer uses the payment methods available on Delcampe on the page"My purchases : Awaiting payment".
A payment that is not sent through the payment system integrated into the website (if accepted by the seller) or Mangopay will be refunded by the seller to the buyer. An unpaid purchase may result in consequences to the buyer's account.
If the seller's sales conditions include additional clauses relating to payment, these are to be considered null and void. The payment conditions of the Delcampe website, as defined in the conditions of use, are the only ones applicable.
Purchases must be paid for within 14 days of receipt of the final statement from the seller.
Please note that I can't accept transfers using IBAN or BIC codes from non-UK banks (even when the sending account is denominated in GBP) because my bank makes a large administration charge.
Unless the item is described as a Heavy Lot (please see below), postal charges are as follows:
UK postage and packing - £1.00 Royal Mail 2nd class
Mainland Europe - £3.40 Standard Airmail
Rest of the World - £3.40 Standard Airmail
EXTRA LOTS PURCHASED ARE SHIPPED FOR FREE! When buying multiple lots please request an invoice when you have finished buying so that I can give you FREE posting on extra lots.
If you would like shipping insurance please contact me for details. Where an invoice value exceeds £30, tracked and/or signed for delivery will be added at cost.
Lots will normally be dispatched within 3 working days of payment being received.
Heavy Lots Shipping Policy:
Where an item is described as a Heavy Lot, shipping fees will be shown in the lot description. Fees will reflect the actual cost of postage, we do not intend to make a profit on shipping!
