Verzending na betaling
Betalingsvoorwaarden:
Alle betalingen worden gedaan via PayPal of Mangopay, afhankelijk van de mogelijkheden die de verkoper biedt. Er worden geen betalingen gedaan per cheque of directe overschrijving aan de verkoper.
De koper gebruikt de middelen die Delcampe ter beschikking stelt in de pagina "Mijn aankopen: Betalen".
Een betaling die niet via PayPal (indien geaccepteerd door de verkoper) of Mangopay verloopt, wordt door de verkoper aan de koper terugbetaald. Een onbetaalde aankoop kan gevolgen hebben voor de rekening van de koper.
Als de verkoopvoorwaarden van de verkoper clausules bevatten met betrekking tot de betaling, moeten deze als nietig worden beschouwd. De betalingsvoorwaarden van de website van Delcampe, zoals gedefinieerd in de gebruiksvoorwaarden, zijn de enige die van toepassing zijn.
Aankopen moeten worden betaald binnen 14 dagen na ontvangst van de eindafrekening van de verkoper.
Bijzondere voorwaarden
Quality: USED stamps: perforation, cancelation, centering see scan. No hidden defects. Scan of USED items is ALWAYS of the original item.
MNH: (= umounted mint, postfrisch, **) full original gum without defects. In the case of mint year collections or cheap sets: Scan can be a sample, if you want for a specific reason, e.g. error or whatever variety, the item from the scan, check availability before bidding.
MH: (= mounted mint, hinged, plakker, Falz, Scharnier) without defects, except for the gum. Quality is at least above average for the period. In some cases I add a scan of back to show the quality is exceptionally fine, or the mounting is too heavy.
MNG ( = Mint No Gum) no gum or new gum, re-gummed
Small letters:
Shipping within the Netherlands: 1.25 euro, independent of number of lots.
Shipping to all countries of the world: 2.0 euro, independent of number of lots.
When the total of the invoice is more than 75 euro, shipping is by registered mail only.
Big items like sheets, blocks and letters:
A higher postage cost will be charged, close to actual cost. In some cases the shipping cost is indicated in the description of the lot.

Within the Netherlands: 9 euro
Within the EU 20 euro up to 2 kg; > 2 kg see description of the lot
Other Europe 25 euro up to 2 kg; > 2 kg see description of the lot
World 34 euro up to 2 kg; > 2 kg see description of the lot
Shipping to Russia, India, China and other Asia and Africa is by registerd mail only. If you accept the risk of loss, I can send small lots also by normal mail. That means that you have to confirm that you wave your right to paypal claim.
Cost of registered mail:
Within the Netherlands 9.80 euro
Within Europa 12,55 euro -to 15.00 deping on country
Rest of the world, Inclusing Russia 22 euro
Verzendkosten binnen Nederland (normale brief): 1.25 euro, ongeacht het aantal loten.
Indien het totaal van de rekening meer dan 75,00 euro is wordt per aangetekende post verstuurd.
