All payments are to be made via PayPal or Mangopay, depending on the possibilities offered by the seller. No payments are to be made by neither cheque, bank transfer nor cash directly to the seller.
The buyer uses the payment methods available on Delcampe on the page"My purchases : Awaiting payment".
A payment that is not sent through PayPal (if accepted by the seller) or Mangopay will be refunded by the seller to the buyer. An unpaid purchase may result in consequences to the buyer's account.
If the seller's sales conditions include additional clauses relating to payment, these are to be considered null and void. The payment conditions of the Delcampe website, as defined in the conditions of use, are the only ones applicable.
Purchases must be paid for within 14 days of receipt of the final statement from the seller.
Evaluations
A réception du règlement je procède toujours à une évaluation à 100% pour confirmer le paiement et l'envoi des lots.
Si à réception des lots l'acheteur ne procède pas à l'évaluation de ces derniers pour clore les ventes je rectifierai mon évaluation en Neutre.
Feedbacks
At the receipt of the payment I always give a assessment of 100% to confirm the payment and the delivery of the items.
If the buyer does not give the assessment to close the sales I modify my assessment to Neutral.
Avaliações
A recepção do pagamento dou sempre uma avaliação de 100% para confirmar o pagamento e o envio dos artigos.
Se o comprador não der avaliação para que as vendas possam ser fechadas, corrigirei a minha avaliação para neutra.
Transport / Expéditions
Les articles voyagent pour compte et risque de l’acheteur.
Les envois avec suivi, en recommandé, via Mondial Relay (si éligible) ou autres sont possibles à condition que l’acheteur en fasse la demande au moment des achats.
Transportation / Shipping
The items travel for the buyer's account and risk.
Shipments with tracking, registered, via Mondial Relay (if eligible) or others are possible provided that the buyer requests it at the time of purchase.
Transporte / Expedições
Os artigos viajam por conta e risco do comprador.
Envios com rastreamento, registrados, via Mondial Relay (se elegível) ou outros são possíveis caso o comprador faça o pedido no ato da compra.
Envois Colissimo, Colis Postal ou Mondial Relay en fonction du volume et poids des objets.
Une demande de paiement précisant le montant total des articles et frais d'envoi sera systématiquement adressée aux acheteurs.

Shipments in Colissimo, parcel post and Mondial Relay are depending on the volume and weight of objects.
A payment request stating the total amount of items and shipping costs will be automatically sent to buyers.
