Condizioni di pagamento:
Tutti i pagamenti vengono effettuati tramite il sito web di Delcampe. In base a quanto offerto dal venditore, è possibile utilizzare PayPal, aggiungere una carta di credito/debito o effettuare un bonifico. Non si effettuano pagamenti con assegno o bonifico bancario diretto al venditore.
L'acquirente utilizza i metodi di pagamento disponibili su Delcampe nella pagina "I miei acquisti: Da pagare".
Un pagamento non effettuato tramite il sistema di pagamento integrato nel sito sarà rimborsato dal venditore all'acquirente. Un acquisto non pagato può comportare conseguenze sul conto dell'acquirente.
Se le Condizioni di vendita del venditore includono clausole relative al pagamento, queste sono da considerarsi nulle e non dovute. Le condizioni di pagamento del sito Delcampe, definite nelle condizioni d'uso, sono le uniche applicabili.
Gli acquisti devono essere pagati entro 14 giorni dal ricevimento della richiesta di pagamento del venditore.

Unfortunately, as of 01.01.2026. Croatian Post has introduced major changes regarding the shipping of collectibles from Croatia.
If I am sending smaller paper content (some written document, 1-3 postcards, photos, etc.), we can send it in a registered letter with a tracking number and then we pay one standard postage price.
For sending all other items, we can no longer use registered letter, but must use a tracked shipment or package because all such items are considered "goods".
Please contact me before purchasing for the postage price, we will always try to find the most favorable solution for you.

ONLY FOR BUYERS FROM THE UNITED STATES:
Recently, shipping items to the USA has become very difficult due to frequent changes in customs regulations.
According to the latest regulations, all goods (even if it is just a small sports badge of insignificant value) that we send to the USA must be pre-processed through the Zonos Prepay application.
In this application, we have to take a photo of the item, after which the artificial intelligence automatically fills in the customs data and I, as the seller, have to immediately pay the customs costs calculated by this application in advance.
Only after I pay the customs, I will receive a QR code (declaration) for sending the shipment. Sending a shipment to the USA without this QR code is no longer possible.
