Shipping after payment
Terms of payment:
All payments are made through the Delcampe website. Depending on the possibilities offered by the seller, you can use PayPal, add a credit/debit card or make a bank transfer to top up your balance. No payments are made by cheque or bank transfer directly to the seller.
The buyer uses the payment methods available on Delcampe on the page"My purchases : Awaiting payment".
A payment that is not sent through the payment system integrated into the website (if accepted by the seller) or Mangopay will be refunded by the seller to the buyer. An unpaid purchase may result in consequences to the buyer's account.
If the seller's sales conditions include additional clauses relating to payment, these are to be considered null and void. The payment conditions of the Delcampe website, as defined in the conditions of use, are the only ones applicable.
Purchases must be paid for within 14 days of receipt of the final statement from the seller.
Please notice I do only accept Paypal and Mangopay.
And finally, I do not accept responsibility of lost lots in transfer - only when mailed registered. So you have to decide if it is necessary to send a lot registered,
Latest news as of January, 5 2026:
With the first shipment from Germany, I made some mistakes—partly using the wrong letter size, which meant I had to pay new postage, and some letters also got “stuck” somewhere for about a week. Sorry about that; I hope the next shipment, which has now been sent with UPS, will not have the same errors.
As there are only a few sales in January, the next delivery from Germany will be on February 3, 2026.
Letters will be sent from Germany, but only 2–3 times per month. Usually the mail will be sent on the first Wednesday and the third Wednesday of the month, unless there are many letters to send. If you want faster dispatch, it must be sent as a parcel from Denmark.

The letter prices are €0.30 higher than German postal rates to cover my increased costs.
