All payments are made through the Delcampe website. Depending on the possibilities offered by the seller, you can use PayPal, add a credit/debit card or make a bank transfer to top up your balance. No payments are made by cheque or bank transfer directly to the seller.
The buyer uses the payment methods available on Delcampe on the page"My purchases : Awaiting payment".
A payment that is not sent through the payment system integrated into the website (if accepted by the seller) or Mangopay will be refunded by the seller to the buyer. An unpaid purchase may result in consequences to the buyer's account.
If the seller's sales conditions include additional clauses relating to payment, these are to be considered null and void. The payment conditions of the Delcampe website, as defined in the conditions of use, are the only ones applicable.
Purchases must be paid for within 14 days of receipt of the final statement from the seller.
The South African Post Office has become totally unreliable in its function. An alternative process that entails the below is in effect.
It unfortunately comes at a premium and shipping is not comparable to other postal agencies.

The PostNet Global Mail service is an efficient and reliable alternative for sending your international mail.
Your mail leaves South Africa via a courier service and is injected directly into an international postal distribution centre for final delivery.
* Please note this is a Postal product and there are no tracking or insurance facilities available.
International shipping:
Small and Medium letters: Eur 6.50 (up to 60g)
Large letters: Eur 13.00 (between 61 and 200g)
Registered or Tracked mail is not possible
*The shipping is truly calculated per weight, but to make things easy, it is classified as Small/Medium/Large.

Every effort is made to get the item to its destination with safe packaging that avoids damage as well as proper shipping payment to the shipping authority. I can however not be held responsible for loss or damage whilst in the possession of the shipping authority.
