Small letters:
Shipping within the Netherlands: 1.25 euro, independent of number of lots.
Shipping to all countries of the world: 2.0 euro, independent of number of lots.
When the total of the invoice is more than 75 euro, shipping is by registered mail only.
Big items like sheets, blocks and letters:
A higher postage cost will be charged, close to actual cost. In some cases the shipping cost is indicated in the description of the lot.

Within the EU  20 euro up to 2 kg; > 2 kg see description of the lot

World 34 euro up to 2 kg; > 2 kg see description of the lot

Shipping to Russia, India, China and other Asia and Africa is by registerd mail only. If you accept the risk of loss, I can send small lots also by normal mail. That means that you have to confirm that you wave your right to paypal claim.
