All payments are made through the Delcampe website. Depending on the possibilities offered by the seller, you can use PayPal, add a credit/debit card or make a bank transfer to top up your balance. No payments are made by cheque or bank transfer directly to the seller.
The buyer uses the payment methods available on Delcampe on the page"My purchases : Awaiting payment".
A payment that is not sent through the payment system integrated into the website (if accepted by the seller) or Mangopay will be refunded by the seller to the buyer. An unpaid purchase may result in consequences to the buyer's account.
If the seller's sales conditions include additional clauses relating to payment, these are to be considered null and void. The payment conditions of the Delcampe website, as defined in the conditions of use, are the only ones applicable.
Purchases must be paid for within 14 days of receipt of the final statement from the seller.
For Items other than Gems & Jewelry (such as philatelic items and other articles):
Sending charges: Actual Shipment expenses (BPOST Charges) + €0.35 handling charges.

For items of Gems & Jewelry (such as jewelry, semi and precious gemstones, polished diamonds, uncut (rough) diamonds):
Following charges will be added to the final total:
(1) 3.70% Payment charges if paid through PayPal.
(2a) Shipment charges: Within European zone:
- For value: €1.00 - €49.00, shipment charges: €9.50 (Registered Mail with signed & insured delivery).
- For value: €50.00 - €499.00, shipment charges: €15.00 (Registered Mail/BPACK World Business with signed & insured delivery).
- For value: €500.00 - €1999.00, shipment charges: €20.00 (Registered Mail/BPACK World Business with signed & insured delivery).
- For value: €2000.00 - €5000.00, shipment charges: €25.00 (Registered Mail/BPACK World Business with signed & insured delivery).
- For value: 5001.00 and higher, free (Registered Mail/BPACK World Business with signed & insured delivery).
(2b) Shipment Charges for Rest of the World (Non-European zone):
- For value: €1.00 - €49.00, shipment charges: €10.00 (Registered Mail with signed & insured delivery).
- For value: €5000 - €499.00, shipment charges: €18.00 (Registered Mail/BPACK World Business with signed & insured delivery).
- For value: €500.00 - €1999.00, shipment charges: €22.00 (Registered Mail/BPACK World Business with signed & insured delivery).
- For value: €2000.00 - €5000.00, shipment charges: €25.00 (Registered Mail/BPACK World Business with signed & insured delivery).
- For value: 5001.00 and higher, free (Registered Mail/BPACK World Business with signed & insured delivery).
(3) Tax:
100% Tax free shipment to USA, Canada, Australia and to all other non-European countries.
European Zone (EC Member State Countries): Please note that the price is Ex-VAT.
21% Belgian VAT is applicable to the final total unless buyer provide a valid registration number of his or her company.

Payment:
We gladly accept PayPal. PayPal payments: All PayPal orders are shipped directly to the PayPal verified address mentioned on the PayPal payment. Please check with PayPal to verify this address prior to making payment. Orders cannot be modified or cancelled once payment has been received. The buyer will be responsible for any shipping fees or recovery costs associated with non-deliverable or old/bad address.
KPC (Kimberley Process Certificate):
This certificate will be obtained for the uncut/rough diamond shipment to Non-European countries only. Shipment to European country do not require this certificate and it cannot be obtained.
SHIPMENT IS FULLY INSURED:
Shipment is fully insured to all destinations!
Our shipment charges are included with full insurance to all destinations.
We ship normally within 24 hours to maximum of 3 working days after receiving clearance of your payment. We ship to an address provided by Pay Pal.
Item(s) will be well packed and will be shipped as Priority, Signed and Insured delivery to all destinations. All required documents will be attached with your shipment for easy customs clearance at destination country.
Delivery time varies as per the destinations: We are located in Antwerp. Belgium.
Expected delivery time after the shipment is made is as below:
Europe: 3 to 5 business days. USA-Canada: 7-14 business days, Australia and the rest of the world: 10-21 Days.
Return:
Returning Polished Diamonds:
Please contact us if you are not satisfied with your purchase. We’ll let you know how to return your purchase. You may return the item in its original condition within 7 days of receiving it, for a full refund or an exchange.
Shipping& Handling Charges + $7.00 of restocking charges will be deducted from your Payment.
After receiving the item in a satisfied manner, we’ll issue the refund within 2 working days to the same email account with PayPal, where the payment was originally received from.
Returning Rough Diamonds from the European Community Member State country:
Please contact us if you are not satisfied with your purchase. We’ll let you know how to return your purchase. You may return the item in its original condition within 7 days of receiving it, for a full refund or an exchange.

BUYER MUST OBTAIN THE KIMBERLY PROCESS CERTIFICATE
If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return it for refund.
Please contact us within 7 days of the delivery if you want to return your purchase(s) and we'll let you know where and how to send it.
Strict rules and regulations set under the resolutions passed by the United Nations, returning rough diamonds requires you (a buyer) to obtain Kimberley Process Certificate (KPC) issued by your country.
WARNING: Returning rough diamond(s) without obtaining the required KPC is illegal and will result in seizure/confiscation of the diamond(s) by the authorities either in your country or in transit or in Belgium. Obviously in that case no refund will be issued.
Make sure you obtain the require KPC and attach it to the shipment. In some countries, an individual person may not be eligible obtaining this certificate.
We suggest you make an advance inquiry (before you buy an item) with your country’s government authority on how to obtain the KPC. Please contact us for more details, if required. Buyer is fully responsible for return shipment charges and charges related obtaining the KPC.
Original shipping & handling charges + $7.00 of restocking charges will be deducted from your Payment.
After receiving the item in a satisfied manner, we’ll issue the refund within 2 working days to the same email account with PayPal, where the payment was originally received from or to the buyer's bank account in case it was paid through bank.
