I combine lots to save on shipping. Regarding scans: To save time I only scan the top value or the key value of the set. If it is a set, it will state that in the description as a complete set ( ).  Scott Catalog number will be used in most cases. Some scans are representative, especially for more modern stamps, and may not be the exact stamp you receive. On sets and singles retailing for more than $20.00, you can send an email request to have a scan made of the full set and/or back of stamp to help determine condition. Regarding condition: We try to put good quality material on the site or mention it in the description if it has faults or problems, but every once in a while, we miss something. Please let us know and we will try to resolve the problem. From time to time, typographical errors are made on our listings. See scan for description. I reserve the right to reject a sale in that event.

Returns

Satisfaction is guaranteed! After receiving any item you can return it within 14 working days (Monday-Friday) for immediate refund. While you need not state a reason, it would be appreciated. My goal is to provide you material as described and which you are pleased with.

Ownership

Title and ownership of all material remains with World Stamp Company until the material is accepted by the buyer. You have 14 working days to accept the material (see above) or return it as not accepted. After three weeks (21 days), if we have not received your notification and return by accountable mail, there is a conclusive presumption that you have accepted the order. Of course, we can agree to extend this period but we must discuss it and any extension must be in writing (postal letter, not email). I recommend that you email us promptly regarding any returns. That way we can start tracing actions in the unlikely event the accountable mail does not arrive in due course. This will protect the interests of all parties.

Shipping

All orders are shipped through the U.S. Postal Service. Domestic orders are shipped via first class or Priority Mail, depending on weight. International orders are shipped via USPS Air Letter Post.
