I'm now 78 years old.
I'm still a collector, selling my duplicates.
I decided to sell my duplicates at Face Value or with a small increase of 5 to 10%, as “commission of immobilization”.
If you don't see what you're looking for, please don't hesitate to get in touch. I have many other items that were not shown in the shop.
Postage Fees are per letter sent, not per item.
They only depend on the weight of the letter.
I now have in stock a significant number of Europa CEPT and EUROPA stamps.
I'm offering a discount of 25% over Face Value on issues from 1956 to 1999.
The discount will be 15 % over Face Value on issues from 2000 to 2013.

I will not accept grouped sales with more than 5% discount.
The same applies to lower bids, as I usually put 5% over Face Value!
In order to fulfill the NEW UPU rules about delivering letters, I would like to inform:
1 - Sending goods via Registered Mail is no longer permitted.
2 - Goods will only be sent via Express Mail (tracked).
3 - Registered Mail is only accepted for documents.
The new rates of mail are in their course, as you may see.
All payments are made through the Delcampe website. Depending on the possibilities offered by the seller, you can use PayPal, add a credit/debit card or make a bank transfer to top up your balance. No payments are made by cheque or bank transfer directly to the seller.
The buyer uses the payment methods available on Delcampe on the page"My purchases : Awaiting payment".
A payment that is not sent through the payment system integrated into the website (if accepted by the seller) or Mangopay will be refunded by the seller to the buyer. An unpaid purchase may result in consequences to the buyer's account.
If the seller's sales conditions include additional clauses relating to payment, these are to be considered null and void. The payment conditions of the Delcampe website, as defined in the conditions of use, are the only ones applicable.
Purchases must be paid for within 14 days of receipt of the final statement from the seller.
Shipping Costs are per letter sent.

I strongly advise Express Mail (Track and trace) letters, especially for Countries outside the European Community.
I can't be responsible for any problem with non-registered letters.
As there are different rules for Express Mail (Track and Trace) outside Europe, please consult me.
When you buy more than 1 item (#), you will only pay one shipping cost, per letter weight.
I do not accept lower bids.
