Multiple purchases are always combined to give the cheapest postage option. If preferred, lots purchased in up to a 7 day period may be accumulated into a single despatch to save postage. Please pay within seven days once you have cpmpleted your purchase.
I try to despatch lots within one working day of payment being received. Usually you will get your lots within ten days, but occasionally it can take longer. Please allow 28 days before making a claim for non-delivery. Royal Mail will not accept an enquiry about undelivered mail until 28 days after posting. Claims for non-delivery made more than two months after sending cannot be considered.

Please note that the United Kingdom is not in the Euro Currency Zone so bank transfers cannot be accepted due to the high charges which would be paid by the buyer as well as a charge levied by my bank..
Please pay for lots within seven days of purchase. After seven days a reminder will be sent and if still unpaid after a further 7 days, a dispute will be initiated which may result in negative feedback being given to the buyer.
