Terms of payment:
All payments are made through the Delcampe website. Depending on the possibilities offered by the seller, you can use PayPal, add a credit/debit card or make a bank transfer to top up your balance. No payments are made by cheque or bank transfer directly to the seller.
The buyer uses the payment methods available on Delcampe on the page"My purchases : Awaiting payment".
A payment that is not sent through the payment system integrated into the website (if accepted by the seller) or Mangopay will be refunded by the seller to the buyer. An unpaid purchase may result in consequences to the buyer's account.
If the seller's sales conditions include additional clauses relating to payment, these are to be considered null and void. The payment conditions of the Delcampe website, as defined in the conditions of use, are the only ones applicable.
Purchases must be paid for within 14 days of receipt of the final statement from the seller.

Les frais de port sont alignés sur les tarifs postaux français, parfois majorés afin de compenser les temps d'attente à La Poste pour les paquets encombrants ou les recommandés, ou tout simplement les divers frais d'emballage.
Lorsque le poids du lot se situe entre deux tranches, il peut arriver que les frais de port demandés soient supérieurs à l'affranchissement après emballage, celui-ci n'ayant lieu qu'après réception du règlement. Nous prions nos acheteurs de ne pas nous en tenir rigueur.
Après de nombreux tracas avec Moneybooker (perception arbitraire de jusqu'à 5 E "pour identification", difficulté à approvisionner le compte ou à récupérer les sommes payées), j'ai abandonné ce système. Je prie donc mes acheteurs de ne pas utiliser ce moyen pour me régler, même si je suis encore inscrit chez Moneybooker (et pour cause : je n'arrive pas à solder le compte !).
Je ne prends pas non plus Paypal pour la France, suite à de trop nombreux lots "jamais arrivés" et donc remboursé à mes dépens.

The sending costs are only an evaluation. Unfortunately, they may be superior to the actual postage fee after packing and weighing. Thank you for your understanding.
Sorry, no Moneybooker anymore : it's to expensive and complicated.
Versandkosten sind nach den französischen Posttariffe gerechnet, eventuell mit extra Kosten für das lange Warten im Postbüro - bei uns ist es so.
Da es schwierig ist das Gewicht vor dem Packen zu feststellen, nehmen Sie es bitte nicht übel, wenn der Gesamtpreis der Briefmarken billiger ist als die geforderte Versandosten.
Da es zu kompliziert und unverschämt ist, akzeptiere ich leider Moneybooker nicht mehr. Ich bitte um Entschuldigung.
