All payments are to be made via PayPal or Mangopay, depending on the possibilities offered by the seller. No payments are to be made by neither cheque, bank transfer nor cash directly to the seller.
The buyer uses the payment methods available on Delcampe on the page"My purchases : Awaiting payment".
A payment that is not sent through PayPal (if accepted by the seller) or Mangopay will be refunded by the seller to the buyer. An unpaid purchase may result in consequences to the buyer's account.
If the seller's sales conditions include additional clauses relating to payment, these are to be considered null and void. The payment conditions of the Delcampe website, as defined in the conditions of use, are the only ones applicable.
Purchases must be paid for within 14 days of receipt of the final statement from the seller.
BUYERS IN THE USA - PLEASE NOTE THAT USA HAS ASKED AUSTRALIA TO SCAN ALL LETTERS TO USA AND IF GOODS INCLUDING STAMPS ARE INSIDE THE LETTER, THEY WILL BE RETURNED TO THE SENDER - THE USA POST OFFICE IS TRYING TO MAKE ALL STAMPS TO BE SENT BY PARCEL POST WHICH IS MORE EXPENSIVE. SO I HAVE BLOCKED BUYERS FROM USA AND HOPE THEY WILL MESSAGE ME TO TALK ABOUT THIS MATTER AND WE CAN SEE IF THERE IS SOME WAY FOR THEM TO BUY ITEMS FROM MY STORE.

If you want to buy items from my store but your country is one that I do not ship to, please message me through Delcampe messages and tell me which item numbers you want, and I will decide if it is safe to sell to you.
Many older listings show old shipping information which is now out of date due to rise of postage costs - the cost of shipping is kept up to date here, and shipping charges shown below will apply.
AUSTRALIA - 1.50 euros for each 50 grammes
REST OF WORLD - 3.30 euros for each 50 grammes
Items will be combined for one shipping fee.
REGISTRATION
Australia Post SMALL international registration envelope - 12.00 euros - used for smaller items and smaller covers.
Australia Post LARGE international registration envelope - 16.00 euros - used for larger items and larger covers. NOTE there is no tracking with registered letters. Tracking costs a little bit more.
On certain occasions if large total is purchased, tracking may be required and I will advise the cost - currently it is 21.00 euros
NOTE - IMPORTANT - WHEN REGISTRATION IS COMPULSORY
Registration fee MUST be paid when:-
1. Total cost of items purchased is over 60 euros.
2. Any country I deem necessary because of risk.
