Dear Valued Customers,

The Universal Postal Union (UPU) has just issued new regulations that are disrupting all shipping activities in Cambodia and for customers worldwide!

Therefore, my shipping methods from Cambodia to you will also undergo significant changes! Starting today, sending via Registered Mail in Cambodia will no longer be possible! I will be using two shipping methods:

1/ By EMS
2/ By regular mail

Sending via EMS is considerably more expensive than previously only using Registered Mail! Regular mail is much cheaper, but not as secure!

However, I will try to adjust the price to share with customers who choose EMS. For large shipments, I recommend EMS for safety.

For smaller shipments with fewer stamps, regular mail is probably the good option!

Furthermore, my stamp shop will strive to continuously adjust stamp prices downwards, offering very affordable rates, making it possible for customers to collect many stamps from Cambodia, contributing to a complete collection that fits their budget! You can also do good business with my shop!
