The postal service has recently opened up a new avenue for mail delivery following a major shift by the Universal Postal Union (UPU): ePacket. ePacket functions similarly to registered mail, offering tracking numbers, ensuring customer security, and at comparable costs. Unfortunately, it only serves a select few countries.
The countries listed below are eligible for the ePacket protocol: Australia, China, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Japan, Korea (REP), Macau, Malaysia, New Zealand, the Philippines, Sri Lanka, Thailand, Vietnam, and the Netherlands.
Except for the countries listed, ePacket is not available in other countries, which can use EMS, Parcel, and regular mail.

Payment not made by credit/debit card or transfer to your balance will be refunded by the seller to the buyer. An unpaid purchase may have consequences for the buyer's account.
If the seller's sales conditions include additional clauses relating to payment, these are to be considered null and void. The payment conditions of the Delcampe website, as defined in the conditions of use, are the only ones applicable.
Purchases must be paid for within 14 days of receipt of the final statement from the seller.
