Condizioni di pagamento:
Tutti i pagamenti vengono effettuati tramite il sito web di Delcampe. In base a quanto offerto dal venditore, è possibile utilizzare PayPal, aggiungere una carta di credito/debito o effettuare un bonifico sul proprio saldo. Non si effettuano pagamenti con assegno o bonifico bancario diretto al venditore.
L'acquirente utilizza i metodi di pagamento disponibili su Delcampe nella pagina "I miei acquisti: Da pagare".
Un pagamento non effettuato tramite il sistema di pagamento integrato nel sito sarà rimborsato dal venditore all'acquirente. Un acquisto non pagato può comportare conseguenze sul conto dell'acquirente.
Se le Condizioni di vendita del venditore includono clausole relative al pagamento, queste sono da considerarsi nulle e non dovute. Le condizioni di pagamento del sito Delcampe, definite nelle condizioni d'uso, sono le uniche applicabili.
Gli acquisti devono essere pagati entro 14 giorni dal ricevimento della richiesta di pagamento del venditore.

There is a way to get discount:
1) Paypal
Pay using Paypal but it must be via Personal Payment type. You must log on to your Paypal account and pay from there instead of via Delcampe. This payment type is not charged to a credit card, but deducted from Paypal balance. Usually sellers who receive payments have Paypal balance. Also, buyers who transfer their money from a bank account to their Paypal account have Paypal balance as well.
First, you should check whether you can send Personal payments. After clicking Send Money, you should notice there is a tab for Online purchase. Check whether you have another tab -- Personal payments. Please make sure to select Personal payments. You will then be asked the question: "This money is being sent as a: Gift, Payment Owed, Living Expense, Others?". Please select either Payment Owed or Others. Paypal will charge you minimal fees, 1-5% but the discounts we give you should be more than enough to cover this Paypal fees.
From March 18th, 2026, Pos Malaysia implements a fuel surcharge of about extra 40%. Shipping weight more than 150 gram is affected, so it is a good idea to postpone buying large/heavy items. Small letters are most likely unaffected (will be confirmed later this week).
From January 1, 2026, it is no longer be possible to send goods by international registered mail. It affects sending small and inexpensive stamps. We are still trying to find out what alternatives we have. Sending large items such as collection, full sheet and multiple FDCs is not affected much.
Pos Malaysia’s International Postal Services to the United States are suspended effective 25 August 2025 until further notice.
