Shipping after payment
Terms of payment:
All payments are made through the Delcampe website. Depending on the possibilities offered by the seller, you can use PayPal, add a credit/debit card or make a bank transfer to top up your balance. No payments are made by cheque or bank transfer directly to the seller.
The buyer uses the payment methods available on Delcampe on the page"My purchases : Awaiting payment".
A payment that is not sent through the payment system integrated into the website (if accepted by the seller) or Mangopay will be refunded by the seller to the buyer. An unpaid purchase may result in consequences to the buyer's account.
If the seller's sales conditions include additional clauses relating to payment, these are to be considered null and void. The payment conditions of the Delcampe website, as defined in the conditions of use, are the only ones applicable.
Purchases must be paid for within 14 days of receipt of the final statement from the seller.

- Shipping in a Normal Uninsured Priority Mail Worldwide is mailed entirely at buyers risk. I cannot be responsible for lost mail and thus I will not issue any refund
- Registered Shipping is obligatory for all items with value over 20.00 Euro or where the total of a number of items exceeds that amount
- Shipping cost for mail with declared value (insured) only after your request.
- International buyers are fully responsible for custom fees, duties and taxes in their own country. I usually ship within 2-3 days after receiving cleared payment.
All stamps/covers are genuine to the best of my knowledge and free of defects, unless otherwise stated in the description.
Lot cost refunded (mailing cost not refunded) if stamps are returned at buyer's expense within 7 days for whatever reason except for defects or condition mentioned in the auction description
Paypal and Mangopay (ex Delcampe Pay) Accepted.

- I will be happy to combine multiple lots into one shipment for items purchased within a period of 7 days
- Payment must be made within seven (7) days from end of auction (unless something else agreed) or the item may be re-listed. If you are unable to fulfill this basic obligation and/or pay according to the accepted methods listed, PLEASE DO NOT BID.
