Shipping after payment
Terms of payment:
All payments are made through the Delcampe website. Depending on the possibilities offered by the seller, you can use PayPal, add a credit/debit card or make a bank transfer to top up your balance. No payments are made by cheque or bank transfer directly to the seller.
The buyer uses the payment methods available on Delcampe on the page"My purchases : Awaiting payment".
A payment that is not sent through the payment system integrated into the website (if accepted by the seller) or Mangopay will be refunded by the seller to the buyer. An unpaid purchase may result in consequences to the buyer's account.
If the seller's sales conditions include additional clauses relating to payment, these are to be considered null and void. The payment conditions of the Delcampe website, as defined in the conditions of use, are the only ones applicable.
Purchases must be paid for within 14 days of receipt of the final statement from the seller.

Essendo un collezionista, tutto viene ceduto nello stato in cui si trovano e come transazione tra privati. Disponibile a concordare la restituzione degli oggetti se l'acquirente non fosse soddisfatto per difetti celati, non evidenti in foto, con restituzione dell’importo pagato detratte tutte le commissioni e le spese di spedizione e/o trasferimento fondi, in entrambe le direzioni, solo se la descrizione risulterà difforme.
Declino ogni responsabilita' per eventuali danni causati all'oggetto da parte delle Poste o di altri Corrieri dal momento della mia consegna all'ufficio di partenza, per favore richiedere eventualmente prima del pagamento e un imballo diverso/rinforzato o previamente concordato.

Eventuali rimborsi (Raccomandate//Assicurate) saranno inviati solo dopo l'accettazione ed il riconoscimento per smarrimento o danneggiamento dalle Poste Italiane o da Corrieri, importo sarà al netto di ulteriori spese sostenute.

International Buyer is responsible for any and all import duties, taxes or fees;
Pls. note I am not held responsable for loss, stolen or damage of registered /insured letter, unless the shipment has not been before assured for declared value.
I'm a collector,so if you have any question about the stamps or items, I will be happy to answer according to my knowledge, pls. check carefully the scanned image and description.
Packing standard up to g 20 delivery by Postamail International (air-letter): plastic bag + 1 paper sheet - International buyer I will shipping by registered or insured mail on request, but in any case I'm not responsible for any damage or stolen, unless of postal refund.
Only in the case of the loss/stolen , I will refund the value insured less fees and after the receiving of the final note from the Italian Post Office Investigation, if it has been only delivered by insured mail.
