Shipping after payment
Terms of payment:
All payments are made through the Delcampe website. Depending on the possibilities offered by the seller, you can use PayPal, add a credit/debit card or make a bank transfer to top up your balance. No payments are made by cheque or bank transfer directly to the seller.
The buyer uses the payment methods available on Delcampe on the page"My purchases : Awaiting payment".
A payment that is not sent through the payment system integrated into the website (if accepted by the seller) or Mangopay will be refunded by the seller to the buyer. An unpaid purchase may result in consequences to the buyer's account.
If the seller's sales conditions include additional clauses relating to payment, these are to be considered null and void. The payment conditions of the Delcampe website, as defined in the conditions of use, are the only ones applicable.
Purchases must be paid for within 14 days of receipt of the final statement from the seller.
Specific conditions
Shipments with Ordinary mail are at Buyers risk.
Please be aware that I cannot be held responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages.

- For Russia, China and Romania I sending only Registered mail.
- The above prices include: postal charges + packeting.

- Payments by cash in registered letter.
- Payments by Bank transfer IBAN + BIC/SWFT code, add 2% : request the information by e-mail.
- Mangopay, without bank commission
- PayPal payment can be made under the following conditions:
a. Shipments with registered mail only.
b. For PayPal payments: DELIVERY+ add 0,35 € + 3,5% for European Union, 0,5 € + 5% the rest of the world.
c. PayPal address is pal_istvan@yahoo.com
I do not accept bank checks.
CONDITIONS:
- After the shopping, please ask the invoice.
- Please do not pay before you receive invoice.
- To the invoice please read: Message to bayer.
- After issuing invoices with 7 days, please make payment.
- Please always read carefully the item description.
- Do not take over from the postman the damaged recommended letters. The recommended letter at the reception to be checked:
a. Can not be stuck with glue tape.
b. Can not be stapled on any one side.
c. Must correspond to the weight according to Recommended ticket. - I always pack stamps and FDCs safely to guarantee their protection from water or bending.
- The stamps are sent within 1-3 working days after the payment received.
- I glue on the envelope thematic and news stamps, thus reducing the delivery costs.
Shipments with Ordinary mail are at Buyers risk.
