All payments are made through the Delcampe website. Depending on the possibilities offered by the seller, you can use PayPal, add a credit/debit card or make a bank transfer to top up your balance. No payments are made by cheque or bank transfer directly to the seller.
The buyer uses the payment methods available on Delcampe on the page"My purchases : Awaiting payment".
A payment that is not sent through the payment system integrated into the website (if accepted by the seller) or Mangopay will be refunded by the seller to the buyer. An unpaid purchase may result in consequences to the buyer's account.
If the seller's sales conditions include additional clauses relating to payment, these are to be considered null and void. The payment conditions of the Delcampe website, as defined in the conditions of use, are the only ones applicable.
Purchases must be paid for within 14 days of receipt of the final statement from the seller.
AVVERTENZA / WARNING:
SPESE DI SPEDIZIONE:
per l´Italia:
- Posta Ordinaria, a completo rischio dell'acquirente: 1, 2 o 3 cartoline, fino a 20 gr. di peso: 1,50 euro; da 3 o 4, sino ad un numero di cartoline pari al raggiungimento di 50 gr. di peso: 3,20 euro; per scaglioni di peso superiori ai 50 gr. la tariffa sarà pari a quella postale, aumentata di 0,50 euro. Nel dubbio chiedere preventivamente al venditore.
ATTENZIONE! Scegliendo le forme di spedizione che precede (Posta4) l'acquirente, nel caso di mancato ricevimento, si impegna a non attivare alcuna procedura di rimborso.
- Raccomandata: 1, 2 o 3 cartoline, fino a 20 gr. di peso: 6,30 euro; per scaglioni di peso superiori la tariffa sarà pari a quella postale, aumentata di 0,50 euro. Nel dubbio chiedere preventivamente al venditore.
Nell'eventualità di mancato ricevimento della merce, il venditore provvederà al completo rimborso di quanto pagato dall'acquirente solo in caso di spedizione raccomandata.
MODALITA´ DI PAGAMENTO (valide solo per l'Italia):
- Mangopay;
- PayPal. Con tali forme di pagamento, l'acquirente si impegna alla scelta di modalità di spedizione raccomandate, salvo che, a proprio rischio, non opti diversamente (posta4 o posta1).
Il pagamento andrà effettuato, salvo diverso accordo, entro 7 (sette) giorni dalla comunicazione del totale da pagare. L´acquirente che, per qualunque motivo, non ricevesse tale comunicazione entro due giorni dalla chiusura dell´asta è cortesemente tenuto a richiederla al venditore.
Il venditore è a disposizione per qualunque richiesta concernente la merce all´asta.
SHIPPING & HANDLING CHARGES
For European countries:
- Normal International letter, at own risk: 1, 2 or 3 postcards, up to 20 grams in weight: 1,60 euro; from 3 up to 6-8 postcards (letter or parcel weighing no more than 50 grams): 3,60 euro; over: ask please the seller for quote.
WARNING! Choosing the mode of sending above (Normal mail) the buyer undertakes not to activate any reimbursement procedure for item not received.
- Registered letter: 1, 2 or 3 postcards, up to 20 grams in weight: 8,00 euro; letter or parcel weighing up to 50 grams (about 6-8 postcards): 10,50 euro; over: ask please the seller for quote.
Other Countries: email please for quote.
PAYMENT MODALITIES:
- Mangopay;
- PayPal. With the above ways of payment, the buyer undertakes to choose only registered shipping methods, except that, at own risk, he does not opt otherwise (Normal or Priority international shipping).
Payment must be sent within 7 days of the end of auction.
Normally the seller ships the same day or, at most, the day after receiving payment.
In the event of non-receipt of the goods by the buyer, the seller will fully refund him only in case of registered shipping.
