All payments are made through the Delcampe website. Depending on the possibilities offered by the seller, you can use PayPal, add a credit/debit card or make a bank transfer to top up your balance. No payments are made by cheque or bank transfer directly to the seller.
The buyer uses the payment methods available on Delcampe on the page"My purchases : Awaiting payment".
A payment that is not sent through the payment system integrated into the website (if accepted by the seller) or Mangopay will be refunded by the seller to the buyer. An unpaid purchase may result in consequences to the buyer's account.
If the seller's sales conditions include additional clauses relating to payment, these are to be considered null and void. The payment conditions of the Delcampe website, as defined in the conditions of use, are the only ones applicable.
Purchases must be paid for within 14 days of receipt of the final statement from the seller.
Je n'accepte pas les paiements et frais de port payés par timbres de poste.
Les frais supplémentaires pour les virements de certains pays sont à votre charge.
Si les conditions de vente ne sont pas respectées, la vente sera annulée.

Frais de port pour la France de 1,70 Euro pour 20gr (1 à 3 cartes).
Pour les lettres et colis au-dessus de 20gr, frais selon les tarifs en vigueur, en fonction du poids, du forma et type d'emballage et de la destination.
Les envois en lettre simple sont aux risques et périls de l'acheteur. L'acheteur peut préciser le mode d'expédition souhaité lors de la demande de paiement.
Pour les valeurs à partir de 10€ le port se fera en lettre suivie et à partir de 30€ en recommandé.
Les lots qui sont volumineux ou lourds seront envoyés en Colissimo ou Mondial Relay.
Pas de livraison en Ukraine, en Biélorussie et en Russie car trop de risques de pertes ou de vol.
J'ai réduit l'ensemble de mes prix à plusieurs reprises, ceci afin de rendre aux acheteurs les commissions payées avant en tant que vendeur, donc épargnez-moi avec la case “faire une offre” pour le toujours moins: c'est déjà fait.
Conditions particulières : Le paiement par MANGOPAY est à privilégier pour éviter les frais Paypal.

Please wait for the invoice before sending your payment to set the shipping cost (packaging + type of postage)
Shipping cost for France of 1.70 Euro for 20gr (1 to 3 postcards).
For letters and parcels over 20gr, costs according to the current rates, depending on the weight, the form and type of packaging and the destination.
Shipments by simple letter are at the buyer's own risk. The buyer can specify the desired shipping method when requesting payment.
For values from 10€ the postage will be by tracked letter and from 30€ by registered mail.
Batches that are large or heavy will be sent by Colissimo or Mondial Relay.
No delivery to Ukraine, Belarus and Russia because there is too much risk of loss or theft.
I have reduced all my prices several times, in order to give back to buyers the commissions paid before as a seller, so spare me with the 'make an offer' box for ever lower: it's already done.
Special conditions: Payment by MANGOPAY is to be preferred to avoid PayPal fees.
