Won items still showing in ongoing folder

    I have three items won in the past four hours which are still showing as closed sales in my ongoing folder - these usually move into my won folder approx 15 minutes after end of auction. More software tinkering?

    Hello,


    During a little more than 24 hours, most sellers did not receive any notification for sold auctions.

    This has been fixed two hours ago, but all sold auctions of the last 24 hours needed to be processed again, so were brought back in Ongoing sales.

    Note: This does not mean that new bids could be registered as the ending date was not modified.

    In the next few hours, everything should be back to normal.

    Our apologies for this situations.
