It is highly recommended that you define a template based on the number of items sold if you ship large quantities at once.

 

How to create a fee template based on the quantity of the items sold?

    1. Go to the “Fee templates” page
    2. Select "Quantity" in the "Type of fee template”

      If you have already created a fee template, click on mceclip2.png first

    3. Set the delivery fees for each delivery region

      a) You will first be asked to select a delivery method and provide the price for shipping in your own country 

      Click on mceclip3.png to select the delivery method from the list.
      Enter the amount of the fees for each number of items sold.
      Example: for 1 to 5 items, the fee is €3.

      Tip: Click on mceclip8.png to set the ranges in more detail or set a price above a certain quantity: mceclip2.png. 

      b) If you sell in other countries, repeat the action for the rest of the world by first clicking on mceclip5.png. If you want, you can set a specific rate for your continent by checking the appropriate box. 

      Tip: You can add as many delivery methods as you want by clicking on mceclip6.png if you want to offer another delivery method. Set the ranges corresponding to the number of items sold as mentioned above.

      Note: if you accept payments via PayPal, you will be asked to add at least one delivery method with tracking.

    4. Set the handling fees for each invoice
      This step is optional. “No” is checked by default.
      If you want to add handling fees, check "Yes" and enter your fees.
    5. Add any exceptions for your deliveries
      This step is also optional. Nothing is set by default.
      You can either provide free shipping or require delivery with tracking based on a sales amount threshold, a given number of items sold, or the chosen payment method.
      Warning: if you want to require a tracked shipping in the case of a PayPal payment, please refer to the above instructions.
    6. Enter the name of the template. To facilitate management, it’s recommended that you select a practical name which is easy to remember.
