Condizioni di pagamento:
Tutti i pagamenti vengono effettuati tramite il sito web di Delcampe. In base a quanto offerto dal venditore, è possibile utilizzare PayPal, aggiungere una carta di credito/debito o effettuare un bonifico sul proprio saldo. Non si effettuano pagamenti con assegno o bonifico bancario diretto al venditore.
L'acquirente utilizza i metodi di pagamento disponibili su Delcampe nella pagina "I miei acquisti: Da pagare".
Un pagamento non effettuato tramite il sistema di pagamento integrato nel sito sarà rimborsato dal venditore all'acquirente. Un acquisto non pagato può comportare conseguenze sul conto dell'acquirente.
Se le Condizioni di vendita del venditore includono clausole relative al pagamento, queste sono da considerarsi nulle e non dovute. Le condizioni di pagamento del sito Delcampe, definite nelle condizioni d'uso, sono le uniche applicabili.
Gli acquisti devono essere pagati entro 14 giorni dal ricevimento della richiesta di pagamento del venditore.
Condizioni particolari
We want to make it as simple as possible for you. So, our conditions of sale have been reduced to the minimum:
1. You are bidding (or are buying outright) the item shown in the picture and described above. Any mismatch between image and description automatically VOIDS this sale. If you see that there is a difference between images and item description, please do not buy but inform us for correction and reposting.
2. We accept returns for full refund (no question asked) and we give 14 days to decide to return. We believe it is only fair to expect that you raise any issue you may have with our item and hear out what we propose BEFORE you make any judgment (feedback) on our performance.
3. Please do wait for our invoice BEFORE you make any payment. Automatically generated invoices are not from us and can contain errors in shipping calculations. If you go ahead and pay these invoices (and not ours), we'll still claim the balance shipping BEFORE we ship. So, it is easier to wait for our invoice.

- Please wait for our invoice before making a payment.
- Always provide your Delcampe’s username with your payment (as reference or note)
- As you can well understand, items come in different shapes, weight and forms and therefore, do not carry the same cost. We are the only ones who can give you the exact shipping. Use the information below as guide but ask us anything about shipping prior to buying if you have questions.
- We combine shipping for most individual stamps and stamps sets, postcards, paper money and the likes. But we do not mix things which cannot be mixed in the same shipment. We will not package a stamp and a coin in the same package.
- It is strongly recommended to consider registration for valuable items. You can ask us to ship Registered if you want to. We cannot be responsible for items lost in mail.
COST (LOCAL, EUROPE, REST OF THE WORLD)
We charge a flat shipping/handling rate to all as follows:
- Each item listed individually and which can be shipped in a regular letter (< 50 g) costs 2€ shipping & handling. Each additional item which is listed individually and can be added to the first item (still within the weight allowed) will cost an extra 0.25€. Example, if you buy 3 items, you pay 2€ for the first and 0.50€ (for the two additional), making a total of 2.50€
- Items which cannot be shipped as a regular letter (anything requiring envelop size above C6 or 114 x 162 mm) will be charged 3.5€ and additional items will be added at 0.25€ as above.
- Anything bigger than above will require prior assessment of weight and bulk. Ask for a quote first if necessary.
