1. Please wait for our invoice before making a payment.
2. Always provide your Delcampe’s username with your payment (as reference or note)
3. As you can well understand, items come in different shapes, weight and forms and therefore, do not carry the same cost. We are the only ones who can give you the exact shipping. Use the information below as guide but ask us anything about shipping prior to buying if you have questions.
4. We combine shipping for most individual stamps and stamps sets, postcards, paper money and the likes. But we do not mix things which cannot be mixed in the same shipment. We will not package a stamp and a coin in the same package.
5. It is strongly recommended to consider registration for valuable items. You can ask us to ship Registered if you want to. We cannot be responsible for items lost in mail.

COST (LOCAL, EUROPE, REST OF THE WORLD)

We charge a flat shipping/handling rate to all as follows:

• Each item listed individually and which can be shipped in a regular letter (< 50 g) costs 2€ shipping & handling. Each additional item which is listed individually and can be added to the first item (still within the weight allowed) will cost an extra 0.25€. Example, if you buy 3 items, you pay 2€ for the first and 0.50€ (for the two additional), making a total of 2.50€
• Items which cannot be shipped as a regular letter (anything requiring envelop size above C6 or 114 x 162 mm) will be charged 3.5€ and additional items will be added at 0.25€ as above.
• Anything bigger than above will require prior assessment of weight and bulk. Ask for a quote first if necessary.
