All payments are made through the Delcampe website. Depending on the possibilities offered by the seller, you can use PayPal, add a credit/debit card or make a bank transfer to top up your balance. No payments are made by cheque or bank transfer directly to the seller.
The buyer uses the payment methods available on Delcampe on the page"My purchases : Awaiting payment".
A payment that is not sent through the payment system integrated into the website (if accepted by the seller) or Mangopay will be refunded by the seller to the buyer. An unpaid purchase may result in consequences to the buyer's account.
If the seller's sales conditions include additional clauses relating to payment, these are to be considered null and void. The payment conditions of the Delcampe website, as defined in the conditions of use, are the only ones applicable.
Purchases must be paid for within 14 days of receipt of the final statement from the seller.
1. REGISTERED MAIL: ADD 4.00 EURO from Normal Air Mail. Customer will be charged normal airmail when I send invoice, unless customer specifically requests registered airmail and I will send new invoice for registered airmail. Normal Air Mail without tracking number (photo cover will send as proof sending item and agrees to take the risk if normal airmail) OR
Post International Registered Malaysia with tracking number as proof of sending.
2. All item can combine with no charge. Worldwide buyers can pay via paypal or sent cash (your own risk).Malaysia Post did not have service to Israel(you can give new address except Israel address)
3. Malaysia Buyers pay for RM5 registered / Poslaju RM10/15 or depends weight price if more 41g. Malaysia buyers pay to maybank/cimb account. Exchange trans will using worldwide exchange today send invoice about 1-7 days. If pay via PayPal, only accept for 6% fees from total invoice.
3. Registered mail can be tracked online if this feature is provided by postal authority in your country.
4. Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyers responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying. Not responsible for mail lost. Registered mail only offers limited compensation. Tracking no. will give if send via Registered Mail.
5. If you like to send via Services like FedEx, Skynet, DHL, City link, Poslaju, TNT, Nationwide, UPS, the pricing for shipping is different.
