All payments are made through the Delcampe website. Depending on the possibilities offered by the seller, you can use PayPal, add a credit/debit card or make a bank transfer to top up your balance. No payments are made by cheque or bank transfer directly to the seller.
The buyer uses the payment methods available on Delcampe on the page"My purchases : Awaiting payment".
A payment that is not sent through the payment system integrated into the website (if accepted by the seller) or Mangopay will be refunded by the seller to the buyer. An unpaid purchase may result in consequences to the buyer's account.
If the seller's sales conditions include additional clauses relating to payment, these are to be considered null and void. The payment conditions of the Delcampe website, as defined in the conditions of use, are the only ones applicable.
Purchases must be paid for within 14 days of receipt of the final statement from the seller.
Single items and sets are usually <20g. Large items such as miniature sheets and postal stationery are usually <50g.
Items can be combined. The best postal rate will be given on the invoice for standard mail. Options for tracked and registered mail are available on request.
Postage rates according to the current PostNL tariff from 1 July 2025:

Payment options:
* Mangopay or Paypal through the Delcampe site. No direct bank transfer.
Please note:
* Registered mail (see above for rates) is required for all combined purchases above Euro 100.
* I cannot refund money for items lost in the mail unless they are registered.
* Shipping of multiple lots will be based on the combined weight of lots and/or the largest item in the order.
* Some countries outside the EU require a customs declaration to be made before shipping. I cannot be held responsible for any custom charges that a buyer may incur.
I am selling doubles from a personal birds collection. Grouped bids and lower bids are welcome.
* Please wait for an invoice before paying! I keep shipping costs as low as possible.
