how long to wait?

    How long should I wait for payment? How many reminders should I send? How do I relist lots that are unpaid? Do I cancel invoice (is it correct that Delcampe charge on invoice, how do I avoid paying charges on unpaid invoices?)

    How long you wait is up to you. Ideally you should have something in your item conditions to indicate how long you will wait. I give it a month - after a couple of reminders - then a negative - reclaim the auction fees - re-list and put the non performing buyer on my blocked list.

    In a month the buyer has had ample time to contact me so there is really no excuse unless they are ill or away from home for some reason.

    I cancelled the invoice but there's still 1 item shown (£1) is it a mistake?
    Do I still pay commission on the postage?
    Can I relist the (unpaid for) items?
