    In the postcard section several abbreviations are used and not all of them are clear. Can anyone explain the ones I don't know:

    CPSM: carte postale semi moderne
    CPSMPF: ????
    CPSMGF: ????
    CPA: carte postale ancienne
    CPM: carte postale moderne
    B. Bur theme: ????
