Could you please help me to identify this rectangular postmark with a 2 line "H.B. / P.O.", beside a "Manchester Telegraphs" postmark dated March 26, 1897.

The only place I can think of with initials HB would be Hebdon Bridge in Yorkshire, PO being Post Office from where the telegraph would have been sent
