I had bought this article, but the seller had removed it from the invoice and did not deliver. When asking he explained to me that I never bought it and I could get it from his shop. However, the transaction was never cancelled and the item also no longer listed in the shop. In contrast to 2 other items he could not deliver probably due to double entries which may have occurred during the “Mise en Vente” process which I rated with just a comment, I have to give this transaction a 0% rating. This as the communication with the seller turned bad with him just pretending that I never bought the items and not willing to offer a solution. He told me that the item is still available and that I should buy it again, which I was willing to do. But he no longer had a listing in the shop for that item and just replied that he can't help in that case (he could have made a new listing). I announced to the seller that without him cooperating I may be forced to rate this transaction very low. He asked me to not bother him any longer and that I anyway could not rate items, I never bought. Well, this is my honest rating to that transaction. (to be fair: I had 160+ transactions I was very satisfied with the seller and rated 100%)
