Since yesterday, everytime I try to go to one of the national sites, I am asked to log in.

I used to be able to log in on any national or the international site and would be able to move about on the various sites.

The "keep me logged in" box is ticked, yet as soon as I move away from the international site or if I go to any of the national sites directly, I'm asked to log in.

Is anyone else experiencing the same problem?

Similar, but restricted to the UK site - I log in with the check-box ticked, then go to a different site or close Firefox, then when I go back to Delcampe I have to log in again

I've just tried to go to the Dutch site and it also asked me to log in. There's also a post on the Dutch forum from a Belgium who is saying he's unable to close/modify auctions. Everytime he tries to do something, he's asked to log in. I've suggested to him, that he logs in to the international site. Although this might be the answer in the short term, it needs sorting out.

Even more curious: I went on to Delcampe UK this morning and was directed to the sign-in screen but when I clicked on 'sign in' I went straight to my usual home page without having to go through the login/password combo; the system already knew who I was

It's still the same here. If I go to International I am signed in, but when I go to UK, either directly or from the international site I am asked to log in, but when I click on sign in on Delcampe UK it takes me to my control panel and not to the sign in screen. So, as you say it does already know who I am.

    Hello everyone,

Could you please test the below procedure ?

Our IT department has put in place a script allowing you to reset all your data on Delcampe without having to change your browser.

Can I ask you to go to the following page:

This page will (slowly) display some green “V”s in all the squares.
When all the green “V”s will appear, you can close your browser and open it again before going to Delcampe and log in again.
It can take up to one minute to see all the green “V”s .
If after this delay, if you are missing some green “V”s, you can reload the page.

You can then test all the functionalities for which you encountered some difficulties and let us know if this works better or not.

    Thank you.

I've run the test, but the situation is unchanged.

As soon as I go to a national site I am asked to log in. When I click on the log-in button I get taken to my Control Panel "home page", without actually having to supply my username and password.

    Ah, my fault.
I didn't close my browser. Just logged out and back in again.

I've now closed my browser and it's back to normal.

It's not just the log-in problem, it's also impossible to remove items from the site.
If I want to remove something I have to log in again, but nothing happens. :angryfire:

    The problem still exists.

Personally, I can operate normally as long as I am on the international site.
If I go to the UK site, I'm asked to log in and then get taken back to the international site.

    Sebastien,

I assume this is a reaction to my reply to Philippe.

I've just had another go at it and this time everything has come up correctly.

If it happens again, I'll let you know and you're welcome to use my pc.

    Hello Sebastien,

I am still in the same situation. Sometimes I can access a national site and sometimes I'm asked to log in and get sent back to the international site, when I use the blue log-in button (as shown to you) and I don't remain logged in on any national site.

In other words, I don't get logged in fully on all the Delcampe sites and I'm quite sure that this has something to do with the fact that some people are not able to operate normally on their national site.

Furthermore, I am currently using a different computer. Just about everything is different here - operating system, internet security, browser, so it's not a problem that's specific to certain "conditions" only.
