    Hi,

    The text on the verso says: 'Souvenir from mom and dad at the occasion of my 3rd birthday, 1937.

    I think they are the coats of arms of cities in the region of Switzerland where this person lives.
    It's probably the Neuchâtel region: compare with Vinculo (http) (coats of arms of cities in the Neuchâtel region).
