Buyer not getting full returned refund

    I had to refund a buyer who purchased and paid for an item that had errors in the listing - wrong image with description.

    They were most annoyed that they did not receive back the amount they paid even though I refunded their payment in full. Is there a reason for this or does Delcampe Pay (Mango Pay) take a slice of any refunds made. I am annoyed that I got the blame for the buyer not getting back what they paid even though I refunded in full.
