    I have requested to buy over 100 phone cards and the total comes to over £200 and the platform fees that have been added are £70
    Is there not a cap on platform fees or can I get the seller to adjust them?

    Seems a lot of money to be charged?

    We understand your concern regarding the platform fees applied to your purchase of over 100 phone cards.

    Please note that Delcampe’s platform fee is applied per item sold, regardless of whether multiple items are grouped in the same invoice. This means that if you purchase several items from the same seller, each item will incur its own individual fee.

    Grouping items after the sale to reduce fees is not permitted, as it is considered an attempt to bypass the platform’s fee structure. Sellers are also not allowed to adjust or reduce these fees, as they are automatically calculated by the system.

    We understand that this can represent a significant cost, especially for low-value items. However, these fees help support the services offered by Delcampe, including secure transactions, multilingual support, and tools for managing and searching listings.

    We recommend checking the applicable fees and payment methods before confirming a purchase, as they may vary depending on the seller and the item.
