    September 1st has passed, and there is still no invoice issued for the store subscriptions. I wonder why? :)

    Renewals of the Store subscriptions do not take place on September 1 but on September 12th.
    You can find this information in your Subscriptions and Services page Link (https)

    Have items started to be closed yet due to the shop limits, and if not when will that occur?

    I see that a million stamp lots have disappeared overnight, but this does not seem as bad as what I was expecting.

    Our IT team is working on this. The sales are closing progressively, but given the number of closed sales, some may still appear in the search engine.

    Down about 10 million from a few days ago, but that may be sellers closing stores or parts of, to avoid paying charges, rather than Delcampe doing anything so far

    @Marion, on September 19th, you mentioned: "Your invoice will be available within 5 working days of the month following your payment."

    However, the most recent invoice I can find from Delcampe is from Wednesday, May 1, 2024.

    Am I overlooking something? There is no invoice visible in the payment control panel, and I’m preparing to file my taxes soon. It is crucial for me to declare the payments I make to European partners.

    I would really appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter promptly.

    This is very confusing on the page. Normally you would assume that the invoice is under "Fees history" or "Fee invoices". But strangely enough, it is not. Instead, you have to look for the relevant payment in the "Payment History" list. You will then find the invoice there. I hope that this will be made clearer at some point.

    I filtered by "Subscriptions and Services" on the Payment History link, and there it was.
