Sales Statistics

    Have just noticed that my sales statistics are out. According to Delcampe I have sold
    nearly 100 more lots and £44 more than I actually have this month.

    Is this going to be fixed or am I going to be charged for these 'phantom' sales?

    Stats have been wrong right from the changeover.

    However, my December invoice was correct.

    I suggest you keep a very close tally on your sales, so you can compare when the invoice comes on the 1st.

    I record all of my sales. I know that the Stats have been out since the change over, but it's usually only been a few pence either way. This time it is so badly out. And how they have managed to generate all these extra sales is beyond me!!

    As you say it will be interesting to see on Wednesday when the invoices come out. And will anybody at Delcampe care enough to try and rectify the situation.

    Today (February 2) the difference between sold amount according fees charged by Delcampe for January and sold amount according statistics in January is 50 Euro.

    Do you mean the fees are correct (based on correct sales) and that it just the statistics that are wrong?

    That is the case for me.

    The fees are based on the correct sales and are correct.

    I do not know exactly, which of numbers are wrong (until now I simply had counted to Delcampe statistics and had not separately recorded each individual sale), but assume that sold amount for fees must be correct. For this month the Delcampe statistics system for me had recorded only the one last sale, which was made yesterday, but all previous sales made from February first apparently are not recorded.

For this month the Delcampe statistics system for me had recorded only the one last sale, which was made yesterday, but all previous sales made from February first apparently are not recorded.

    Well, the same in my statistic - sale from February 1st is not recorded.

    Don't often bother with the Sales Statistics but took a look today. Besides the numbers being wrong the format is unintelligible and unhelpful. I wondered if they might revert to the content and format available on the 'old' site. :whiteflag:
