What I make in order to receive my banknotes?

    Hello to all,

    I have avtuto this problem as I make to resolve it? I have bought three Swiss banknotes: 20 franchi, 50 franchi and 100 franchi, and we were daccordo with the vendor that we made one single shipment. Now I have received only a banknote that from 50 franchi and the vendor in this Hlombric case me has written a ticket saying to me that he has had of the problems. I have tried to contact it gia three times but he has not answered to me. What I must make in order to receive these my paid banknotes gia? Hello and thanks for the answer.
