What are UK sellers doing about complying with US tariffs? The tariff varies according to the country of origin, where the item was made, not where it is located. So with thousands of listings, postcards made in UK, Europe, Japan, China etc.... how are you going to enter that information on each of your listings? Also, how is the tax paid by the American buyer transferred to the US government, do sellers have to remit that themselves and if so, how?? Or are you just going to stop shipping to the USA?
Tariffs are paid by the importer. As with most countries the USA has a customs force which will assess these at the point of entry into the USA - just like any customs duty payable. I doubt very much that ordinary mail will be the target - except those with a customs declaration (CN22) attached. The bottom line is these are not your concern but the concern of the buyer.

What is Delcampe's policy though, does the tax paid by the foreign buyer get received by us sellers, who then have to remit it to the US authorities somehow? If so then it IS my concern.
Taxes paid by US buyers is are pad by the consumer not you. The buyer is the one who pays and it is for them to know the regulations in their own country and to weigh up the risks and consequences of buying. If you buy an auction lot from an American buyer it is you who pays the UK import tax or VAT. It is nothing to do with the American seller of the item and it is up to you to know the rules and regulations.

Delcampe don't need to have a policy as it has nothing to do with them. Delcampe cannot add US tariff charges on to a buyers invoice as they have no idea what it is.
As Wycombe says, if you buy something from an auction site or physical auction house abroad and are charged import duty and/or VAT by UK HMRC, then that is only assessable and chargeable at the point of entry to the UK, by which time the seller has been paid and dispatched the items.
The same thing works in reverse. It might lead to a drop in sales to the US as buyers might not buy if they think they are going to have to pay a tariff charge, but who knows?
Depends on what you're selling, but the reality is that if you're just sending a couple of postcards or stamps in an ordinary envelope, they are unlikely to be stopped.
For registered / tracked items with higher values and anything resembling a parcel, then the chance of it being stopped when it arrives in the US is higher, but even then, are there enough postal or customs employees in the US to stop and challenge every piece of mail which enters the country, I'd doubt it!
