    Goodbye and thank you to my many customers. Sorry, but since last week it has been impossible to withdraw money.

    Sorry to hear about your issues with Mangopay and that a solution didn’t arrive in time.

    Wishing you the best of luck, mate. Take care, and even though you’ve closed the shop, consider keeping your account open.

    Who knows? 2025 might bring a turnaround for all the challenges 2024 has thrown at sellers.

    Thanks. I will keep my account open as I'll lose the money in Mangopay if the account is closed.

    I'm especially upset as in my original post in the Mangopay forum, Delcampe lied by saying they have liaised with Mangopay and I've been told which document to upload and where to find it on my HMRC account.

    This is all they've suggested:

    "I notice that you can obtain a paper copy by downloading the document or contacting the HMRC services. It says so on the website: Link (https) ".

    Another replied "You have to provide a Proof of registration from HMRC, not older than 3 months, or Self Assessment Tax Return".

    After uploading numerous documents from HMRC, all being rejected, I am still asking WHICH DOCUMENT??!!!!!

    As mentioned previously, we did contact Mangopay and we did confirm the document that was required. For the moment, you have not submitted the requested document.
