    Can anyone identify where these cards came from? who statue is of? identify any other portraits? relief carving over fireplace in council chamber seems to show slave(?) having handcuffs struck off. They're not of London orphanage, Watford, statue is not of Andrew Reed.(altho same publisher did cards of London Orphanage, Watford). It seems fairly institutional but I can't find anything that matches on Delcampe or E Bay
