    I have US dollars held by Mangopay. I never sanctioned the buyer to pay into Mangopay. I never opened Mangopay. It was a silent compulsory action by Delampe.I never had a choice and the buyer never knew otherwise. And the buyer was excluded from any choice. And I can't even unlock my Mangopay account.The payments are enclosed and I have no way of transferring it to Paypal or even to my NZ account. To unlock this account they require a Passport which I do not have. I need to transfer the US Dollars to my Paypal Hub- Paypal. I have a drivers license but that is not accepted for New Zealand (only Australia). I was told that someone called Miranda could fix it. Please Miranda fix it! :fight2:

    It's very simple Miranda or Delampe. There is only a button to tick for passport.Not for drivers license. I do not have a passport. For gods sake get this figured out. It has gone on for over a few years now. Do you even care Delampe. I wait for the train for five minutes, I wait for you for two years and nothing!

    to make contact, choose the marked option CONTACT on bottom of each page. Forget about transfer to PayPal...that is simply impossible. Ask her in a polite way and she will be of assistance. Go for it..

    Hello,
    I had the same problem. A European buyer paid me through Mangopay and the money was stuck there. The only way I could use the money was through a bank transfer, with fees, of course, paid by myself. At least, the amount was consequential, but I still lost 12½%.
    Today, I message buyers that I prefer Paypal payments, before issuing an invoice.
    I don't understand why your driver's license is not accepted. My Quebec driver's license was. I think you should demand that Delcampe /Mangopay explain the reasons for their refusal.

    I did contact her for the problem. But she provided no solution but understood my frustration and others. So why do nothing. She does not understand that Mangopay is a wallet not a bank.
