Uncomplete mediation.Help needed

    Hello,
    For first i want to salute all.Second i want to complain about a mediation i opened:
    So, i won an auction, a lighter with 1 eur, i contacted the seller and requested payment.Seller said he wont give me the lighter with 1 eur and gave me 0% feedback.I proposed him 40eur instead of 1 eur..and still nothing.So i opened a mediation case.I explained what happened and probably the mediator didnt understand so much, he removed my negative feedback and wrote that is my right not to buy it..(lol)but i want that item, and by mistake i gave the seller 100%, and i want to remove 100%.He did to me what he already did with other 2 buyers, and they gave him 0% and wrote that is a fake seller.Any help to solve this would be apreciated.That seler should be banned from Delcampe.
