    Unten angefangen: der Kontaktloste ist wahrlich für fast nix gut, eigentlich eine simple Zahlungserinnerung an den Kunden. :smash:

    Antworten von Delcampe? Ja die dauern, an wen hast Du Deine reklamationen gesandt?
    einfach so oder an jemand bestimmten? und wie lange is das her?
    Hier ist wie bei Ebay einfach mal viel geduld angesagt.....:angryfire:
    Nur nicht aufregen, es nützt nichts........:rules:

    Die Diskussionen über gehen oder nicht gehen bringen rein gar nichts. Also lass ich es.
    Ich habe bei Ebay 2 Verkäufer accounts, Umsatz NaJa -> dafür Spesen - aber happig!! :angryfire:
    Ich habe bei Delcampe 1 Verkäufer account, Umsatz geht besser als Ebay, Spesen, da bin ich glücklich hier zu sein.:applause:

    Es gibt überall gute und schlechte Menschen,

    Es gibt überall schlechten Support, der von Ebay ist geradezu lächerlich! Da kann man in den Foren schauen, :dunno:

    Bei Ricardo liefern Verkäufer an die falsche Adresse trotz Bestätigung und Hinweis und der Support gibt dem Verkäufer recht, weil die hinterlegte Adresse beim Kauf noch nicht korrigiert war! So was ist super! Never again Ricardo!:angryfire:

    Bei Delcampe habe ich bislang noch immer eine Antwort gekriegt, auch wenn es manchmal Tage bis Wochen dauerte, Hie und da war das Problem auch schon erledigt. auch nicht gut ich weiss. :psy:
    Mein Fazit:
    Für Briefmarken und Postkarten -> Delcampe
    Modell-Eisenbahnen, PC-Artikel und Co. -> Ebay
    Höherwertige Artikel -> Offizielles Auktionshaus wie Christies
    :question:
    Wie hier schon gesagt, mehrgleisig fahren und "take it easy"
    Schildere doch einmal Dein Problem, vielleicht kann Dir hier sonst jemand helfen, ein moderator vielleicht...?:beer:

    Vorschläge kann man auch in der Rubrik Anregungen veröffentlichen, sie finden dann auch schon mal den weg zur Technik und werden nachvollzogen.
    Mein Problem mit Delcampe war ürigens nach 7 Wochen gelöst und ich bekam eine kurze Mitteillung von Pierre.:applause:
    Aber es ist schon eine bedenklich lange Wartezeit.
