I can see in the logs that we're sending you updates regularly. The last "Seller_Item_Close_Sold" notification was send last thursday (14/08/2025) and it seems that your server responded a 200 response.
Do you have more informations like a specific item id so I can do more investigations ?
For your informations, we have a new endpoint (still undocumented) that allows you to investigate how we see your response to our callbacks, from Delcampe servers point of view.
It is availablewith this API endpoint with your session token:
/notification/logs?token=your_token
The problem is occurring for all products, but here are some specific SKUs (all placed in the same order) where the stock has not been updated: 80001057, 104632, 80001059, 80001058, 80001039, 80001049, 80001047, 80001043, 80001045, 80001041.
The stock on Delcampe is no longer being updated automatically after an order comes in through our own webshop. We have already been in contact with you by email regarding this, but unfortunately without success so far.
Could you please investigate further on your side?

What do you mean by SKUs ? Is this an internal data that you use as a personal reference on Delcampe ?
I can't find any corresponding items with the values that you gave me
Do you have some personal reference or some item ids instead ?
When an order comes in through our own webshop, how do you update the item on Delcampe ? Do you make an API call on the PUT /item/[ID] endpoint ?
Sorry, here are the some values of the products in Delcampe:
- Item n°2197940442, Personal reference: 192123 - 1697
- Item n°2197940526, Personal reference: 192150 - 1711
- Item n°2197940532, Personal reference: 192152 - 1712
I saw that in not all products that we're included in the order on the webshop are listed on Delcampe, could this be the problem? Or could it just be a 1 time problem with a server error?
We are not sure how we update the items on Delcampe, how can we check this? Do you need the api key to check?
Sorry for the delay. I searched in our logs but I don't see any call to edit the 3 items you sent.
We only have 15 days of history, were these items bought in your store recently ?
To update your items on Delcampe, you normally have to do a PUT call to this endpoint: Link (https)
It's something that should be done on your end, in your webshop
