Issue with receiving "Curl_Seller_Item_Close_Sold"

    Hello,

    I have configured the "Curl_Seller_Item_Close_Sold" notification, but it does not seem to be sent.

    No API calls appear in my logs.
    No errors are detected on my side.
    I have set up an email notification for ErrorLimitReached, but I do not receive any messages.
    The notification is properly enabled in my settings.
    Could you help me understand why I am not receiving these notifications?

    The notifications were set up on the account "cpaphil_test", are you sure that it's correct ?

    Il semble qu'il ya ait un probleme
    nous avons effectivement un compte cpaphil_test mais non utliisé (et en tout cas pas poir cet usage), et l'abonnement API a été pris avec notre compte cpaphil (donc pas cpaphil_test)

    Merci de m'indiquer quand corrigé (si les clés sont utilisables avec cpaphil ou si d'autres clés ont été regénérees)

    The account used is actually cpaphil, not cpaphil_test (who actually exists but is not used and not linked to the API keys).

    Please ensure API keys are hence connected to our cpaphil account (and not cpaphil_test!), with same keys or new generated ones.

    Although this is an English speaking forum, I'll respond in french for the user convenience since this problem seems specific to his account configuration, it won't help anybody would could reach this page.

    Bonjour cpaphil,

    Après vérification de votre compte 'cpaphil', il apparaît qu'aucun callback n'est configuré pour l'événement 'Curl_Seller_Item_Close_Sold'. Cependant, une configuration générique est en place pour envoyer un email pour tous les événements disponibles.

    Concernant le compte de test associé, cpaphil_test, les configurations suivantes sont présentes :

    Un callback pour l'événement 'ErrorLimitReached', qui envoie un email.
    Un second callback pour l'événement 'SoldItem', qui effectue un appel HTTP.

    En examinant les journaux des appels à l'interface REST, je n'ai pas trouvé de demande de configuration de ces callbacks liée à vos accès API.

    J'espère que ces informations vous aideront à résoudre le problème. N'hésitez pas à me contacter pour toute question supplémentaire.
